You Be You

Subsequent Impressions
The first impression we make with others is important, we know that. However, we cannot discount subsequent encounters. It is these that serve to allow us to recover from bad first impressions or bolster a good one.
Interested vs. Interesting
As we network, we must remember that 99.9% of our energy must be focused on being genuinely interested in the other person. If we do that, people will find us incredibly interesting.
The Proven Agenda
Successful networking starts with an agenda or plan. However, the best agenda does not involve sales or referrals. The best agenda is to make a connection or create a friendship. With this in hand everything else falls into place.
